Prospex

Scoring that sorts your B2B prospects. Weighted criteria, a score per account, an ordered list — your prospecting hours go to the right accounts.

01 · What it does

Who do you call first this morning?

Your prospect list does not answer that question. Prospex does. Your Excel file did what it could.

Weighted criteria

Sector, size, signals, territory: you pick the criteria and set the weights. The score reflects your target, not a market average.

A readable score

A number out of 100 per account, recalculated when your weights change. No black box: every point can be explained.

A prioritised list

Your accounts sorted by score. Start at the top, work down. Alphabetical order goes back where it came from.

Complete cards

Contact, company, history, notes. Enough to call informed, not enough to drown you.

Filters and segments

Isolate a sector, a territory, a score band. Your segments save and come back.

Installable PWA

Installs like an app, on desktop as on mobile. One codebase, yours in your pocket.

Prospex dashboard: score distribution around 58 out of 100, pipeline by status — new, in progress, qualified — and business sectors ranked by average score. Demo data.

02 · The method

Weights, not magic

Each criterion weighs what you decide. Prospex adds, weighs and sorts. You make the calls.

Industrymatch with your targetweight ×3
Company sizeheadcount · revenueweight ×2
Buying signalshiring · growth · newsweight ×2
Existing relationshipcontact already made · referralweight ×2
Territoryyour hunting groundweight ×1

These weights are an example. In Prospex they are yours: every team has its own definition of a good account, and the engine recalculates everything when you change your mind. On a prospect's card it looks like this — eight axes, each with its weight, and a verdict.

Card of the fictional prospect Nordwind Pharma in Prospex: Qualified badge, overall score 61 out of 100, radar with eight weighted axes detailing the score criterion by criterion.
real capture · prospect card · 8 weighted axes in a radar, overall score 61 — Nordwind Pharma does not exist, 100% fictional data
Sample output — fictional data
Ateliers Brennmanufacturing · 42 employees 87
Cap Miral Conseilservices · 12 employees 64
Garage du Pontautomotive · 3 employees 31

The 31/100 is not a bad prospect. Just not this morning's.

“In place” means it runs — on Antoine's machine, not yours yet. Prospex is not open: leave your email and you will know when that changes.
