Kairo
Your projects, your sprints, your workload — one screen that tells the truth. For the project lead running one to four implementations at once.
Try it without an account — demo data included.
Four files fewer, one cockpit more
Everything a project lead usually holds at arm’s length — in one place, up to date, without the Friday-evening copy-paste.
Dashboard & project sheet
All your projects on one screen — progress, milestones closing in, signals blinking — and a sheet per project to zoom in where it matters.
Sprint & milestone timeline
Iterations and the dates that matter, laid on one timeline. Whatever slips shows — that is the point.
Workload by role
Load per role, week by week, charted. Who is drowning, who is breathing, where it will jam — before it jams.
Kanban
Tasks moving column to column. The model is in place, the screen is being built — we would rather tell you.
RAID log
Risks, actions, issues, decisions — dated, assigned, ready for the steering committee. Same state as the kanban: model done, screen in progress.
Committees & scoping
The meetings that pace a project — project and steering committees — and the scoping document that opens it. Structured in Kairo, not lost in a file.

The trade is a setting
Kairo does not impose a method: vocabulary, roles and rituals come from configurable presets.
A preset is the trade turned into settings: what phases are called, who gets staffed, which meetings you run. Change preset and Kairo changes vocabulary — the engine stays put. The EPM universe ships built-in because it is where Kairo comes from.

Two doors, no pointless locks
Want to judge on evidence before creating anything? That is by design.
No account
Open the app and go: three fictional Anaplan projects to explore, edit and mistreat. Everything stays in your browser — nothing leaves for a server.
With an account
Your real projects, in shareable workspaces: invite people as read, write or admin, and everyone sees the same workload. Writes happen document by document — the team works at the same time without stepping on each other.
A working version, and it says so: the core runs — dashboard, project sheet, sprints, workload, committees, scoping — while the kanban and RAID log have their models done and their screens under construction. Something stuck? contact@noqe.org.
The demo is waiting for you.
Three fictional Anaplan projects, already running late — just like real life. Open, click, judge on evidence. No account, no card, no traps.
